政府设立了“MyMudah”平台，以减少业界将所面对的问题传达给政府时，所面对的不必要监管负担，改善营商环境。

 

马来西亚中华总商会（中总）已正式致函利商特别工作队（PEMUDAH），将会在近期内成立MyMudah平台，以让会员商家能通过商会呈交所面对的问题，以获得解决。

 

中总中小型企业组也制定了一份表格，让基本会员会员商家面对任何相关课题时，可以呈交上来，并由中总提交至MyMudah平台。
