本会收到卫生部食品安全和质量局来函,邀请本会委派代表出席于2013年6月14日(星期五)召开之对话会,讨论修订1985年食品法规。  
 
兹附上修订1985年食品法规草案 [Draf Peraturan-Peraturan Makanan 1985 (Pindaan) 2013]  供参阅。
敬请各属会将修订草案传达给会员商家,并收集有关意见及建议,并于2013年6月13日之前呈交本会秘书处。
 
敬请本会法律组和农业及原产业组成员亦作响应,提呈有关意见及建议予本会秘书处,截至日期同上。

The ACCCIM received an invitation letter from the Food Safety and Quality Division, Ministry of Health to attend a dialogue to discuss the Draft Food Regulations 1985 (Amendments) 2013 this Friday, 14th June 2013.
 
We are pleased to enclose the Draft Food Regulations 1985 (Amendments) 2013 [Draf Peraturan-Peraturan Makanan 1985 (Pindaan) 2013] for comments and feedback.
 
ACCCIM Constituent Chambers are requested to disseminate the Draft to members so as to gather relevant views and feedback, and submit to the ACCCIM Secretariat by this Thursday 13th June 2013.
 
Members of ACCCIM Legal Affairs Committee and Agriculture and Primary Industries are also encouraged to submit relevant comments and proposals to ACCCIM Secretariat by same deadline.
